This delicious smoothie is an awesome energy booster for the entire family!

Packed with a high amount of antioxidants and numerous vitamins, minerals, and fibers an awesome snack for tired entrepreneurs or simply tired parents.

It can be served all year round!

In summer also very yummy as a popsicle!

This energy-boosting smoothie can be served as a delicious breakfast, midday snack or power snack for in between!

The wheatgrass and orange in this smoothie complement one another perfectly!

It´s super quick & easy to prepare and you´ll get a bunch of nutrients.

In winter this smoothie is awesome for strengthening the immune system and in summer it’s an awesome popsicle for your kids (or for yourself )!

HOW TO MAKE THIS SMOOTHIE:

Prep + blending time: approx 5 minutes

  1. Peel the banana, apple and orange
  2. Put the banana, apple, and orange into the blender
  3. Add 1 tablespoon raw organic almond puree
  4. Add 1 tablespoon raw organic wheatgrass powder
  5. Optionally add 1 tablespoon raw organic stinging nettle powder
  6. Add 1 big cup purified water into the blender
  7. Blend for 35 seconds
  8. Decorate with chia seeds

& Enjoy!!

If you are new to almond butter, wheatgrass powder and stinging nettle powder start with a lower amount, approx. 1/2 teaspoon each instead of 1 tablespoon each.

I would even say start with 1 teaspoon wheatgrass only and leave out the nettle completely for the first few times, as especially the stinging nettle has a very special taste.

When you are not living sugarfree yet it takes some time for the taste buds to get used to it.

I started with 1 teaspoon and (was not living sugarfree at that time) & found the taste strange for the first few times, but meanwhile, I love it very much!
